NEW DELHI — The Vivo sub-brand iQOO is ready to shake the Indian market again. The new iQOO 15R will launch on February 24. A dedicated microsite is already live on Amazon India.
JK News understands that this device will be a performance beast. It features the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. This processor is built on a modern 3nm process. It promises a massive jump in CPU and NPU power.
Fastest in Its Segment
iQOO 15R claims this is the fastest phone under Rs. 55,000. It scored over 3.5 million points on the AnTuTu platform. This makes it a direct rival to the OnePlus 15R.
According to JK News, the price will be very competitive. The base model might start around Rs. 47,999. It will likely offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. A higher 512GB variant will also be available.
Display and Camera Features
iQOO 15R features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display. It supports a smooth 144Hz refresh rate for gamers. On the back, it has a square-shaped camera module.
The main camera might be a massive 200-megapixel sensor. It will also include an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. JK News reports the phone comes in black and blue colors.
Massive Battery and Storage
Battery life is another huge selling point here. It could pack a giant 7,600mAh battery. The iQOO 15R supports 100W wired fast charging as well.
The device will offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM. Storage options go up to 1TB of UFS 4.1. It also has IP68 and IP69 water resistance ratings. This makes the iQOO 15R a true flagship killer.
